Your profile appears in the Almanac because you are recognised in independent, published industry sources. We record the source of every entry. You are in control of how your details appear, and you can ask us to change or remove them at any time.

What you can ask for
Claim and correct
Confirm your details and update the editable parts of your profile through the claim process. The recognition sources stay locked — they are what make the record credible and verifiable. Once your first changes are approved by our editorial team, your profile is marked verified; later edits are reviewed before they go live, and your current profile stays up in the meantime.
Object / opt out (remove me)
Because we list you on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object. Use the "Request a removal" link on your profile (or the button below). You confirm by email, then:
- if the address you enter matches the one we hold for your profile, removal is processed automatically;
- otherwise our editorial team reviews the request before actioning it.
Once actioned, your profile is removed entirely — it no longer appears anywhere on the site and its page returns "not found" — and added to a suppression list so it is not reintroduced in future updates. We keep a minimal backup for legal accountability.
Report an inaccuracy
Every entry cites its source so it can be checked. If something is wrong, tell us and we will verify it directly and correct or remove it.

How to ask
Use the "Request a removal" link on your profile, the removal page, or email contact@foalmanac.com.
To help us act quickly, please tell us your name, your profile link, and what you would like done. We may need to confirm your identity before making changes. We aim to respond within five working days, and at most within one month as the law requires.
If you're not happy
Contact us first and we'll try to put it right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
