Xavier Nicholas

Xavier Nicholas is a partner and head of private client at Forsters LLP in London. He joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2013. He advises individuals, families, and trustees on personal taxation, trust and estate planning, and cross-border asset holding structures, with particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional succession planning and US/UK estate planning.
