Xavier Isaac is a co-founder of Accuro Group and was its CEO until the acquisition of Accuro by Opera in March 2026, following which he serves as Executive Director on the Opera Board. In 2017 he led the management buyout that established Accuro as an independent fiduciary and private client services business. He advises clients on estate planning, taxation, philanthropy, and trusts, and drives the group's international strategy.

Isaac serves as Treasurer of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and sits on the board of Fondation Pacifique. He speaks French, English, Spanish, and Dutch.
