Will Watson is Head of The Buying Solution, the independent buying consultancy for Knight Frank, specialising in both London and country property searches. He has close to 25 years of experience navigating Prime Central London's property market at senior levels, having held senior roles at leading estate agency firms during the first half of his career before transitioning to buying.

His work spans entry-level investments to landmark family homes, drawing on his market knowledge and industry network. He was shortlisted in the Property Buying Agent of the Year category at the Spear's Awards 2025.
