Victoria O'Byrne

Victoria O'Byrne is a founding partner of Schillings Communications LLP, the strategic communications arm of Schillings, which she joined in 2023 alongside George Pascoe-Watson. She brings 25 years of senior experience across UK business and government, including roles as communications secretary to the Prince and Princess of Wales, Group Director of Corporate Affairs at Virgin under Sir Richard Branson, special adviser to Dame Tessa Jowell during London's 2012 Olympic bid, and corporate communications roles under Tony Blair.

O'Byrne specialises in crisis management, reputation management and defence, geopolitics, private diplomacy, and strategic communications, with a focus on entrepreneurs, high-profile individuals, and UHNW families. She is listed in the Spear's 500 2026 Best Reputation Managers Index as Top Flight and was named among the UK's leading crisis and reputation management advisers in PR Week's 2026 Power Book.
