Trevor Egan

Trevor Egan is a Partner in the US/UK Tax team at Buzzacott, having joined the firm in 2000. He specialises in advising international high net worth individuals and families with complex US/UK cross-border tax affairs, including non-UK domiciliaries and dual residents.

His practice covers US/UK tax residence analysis, UK remittance planning, international pension structuring, FATCA reporting requirements, tax consequences of marriage and divorce across jurisdictions, and late filer cases and IRS penalty resolution. He is enrolled to practise before the US Internal Revenue Service and is recognised as an authority on the US/UK tax treaty.
