Tom Kain

Tom Kain is a Partner at Black Brick, the independent property search and acquisition consultancy acting solely on behalf of buyers. He joined Black Brick in 2013 and became partner in March 2024, has in-depth knowledge of prime Central London, and has successfully acquired over £400 million in property. He began his career at Quintessentially, a luxury lifestyle concierge firm, supporting over 30 high net worth individuals, and subsequently worked at London estate agencies Foxtons and Knight Frank, where he built a strong sales record and was recognised as a skilled negotiator.

He sponsors Football Beyond Borders, a charity providing mentoring and educational support to young people in deprived areas of London. He enjoys cricket and supports Chelsea FC.
