Tom Hall is CEO of the UBS Optimus Foundation network and Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy at UBS. He brings nearly two decades of impact and philanthropy expertise, leads a global team exceeding 150 professionals, and has personally advised over 2,500 clients and families on maximising their impact locally and globally.

Before joining UBS in 2013, Tom held director-level positions at the disability charity Scope and the Microloan Foundation, and contributed to UK cabinet office work on Social Investment Tax Relief. He holds a politics degree from Exeter University and professional qualifications in marketing (CIM), fundraising management and financial planning, along with a Green and Sustainable Finance professional certification.
