Tina Wüstemann
Tina Wüstemann is a Partner at Bär & Karrer Ltd. in Zurich, where she has headed the private client team since 2004. She holds a lic. iur. from the University of Zurich (1990) and an LL.M. from New York University (1998), and is admitted to the Zurich Bar (1994) and the New York Bar (2000, inactive). She advises Swiss and international clients — including high-net-worth individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs — on estate planning, trusts, prenuptial agreements, wills, and relocations to Switzerland, and represents clients in trust disputes and large cross-border estate administrations.
She has received multiple professional recognitions including STEP Private Clients Awards Trusted Advisor of the Year (2022), the Europe Women in Business Law Award for Best in Trusts & Estates on multiple occasions, Who's Who Legal Private Client Lawyer of the Year (2021, global), and Citywealth Women of the Year (2021).
