Tanya O'Carroll

Tanya O'Carroll is Managing Director, Isle of Man, at Oak Group, with over 30 years in the offshore fiduciary sector. She heads Oak's Isle of Man operations and holds overall responsibility for delivering client services while managing the strategic, financial and operational requirements of the business. Previously she led the Isle of Man Fiduciary and Custodian division at a global private bank, spent nine years with a major fiduciary service provider, and completed an 18-month secondment to the USA establishing a non-depository trust company.

She holds a BSc in Chemistry and is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a member of the Institute of Directors. She was ranked in Spear's Trust, Structuring and Offshore Index 2025 and featured in eprivateclient's Top Trust Companies for 2025.
