Susannah Fox

Susannah Fox MRICS is a Senior Consultant at Harwood Advisory, a boutique prime property firm. She attended the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester and qualified with RICS in rural land management and agency, initially working in Winchester before moving to London where she spent more than a decade specialising in central London property sales and acquisitions, with transactions totalling over £400 million across independent and large global firms. She joined Harwood Advisory in early 2021.

At Harwood Advisory she works across both central London and country properties, with a particular focus on acquisitions in the South West (Dorset and Somerset). She also manages the firm's administrative operations.
