Steve Gully

Steve Gully is a Director at Alex Picot Trust Company in Jersey, a specialist private client trust professional with 25 years of experience in international trust companies based in Jersey, including board-level roles. He has worked extensively with ultra-high-net-worth international families and their family office structures, with particular expertise in cross-border tax arrangements and UK resident non-domiciled families, where he led a dedicated market segment. He joined the Alex Picot Trust board in 2021.

He currently serves as President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies (JATCo). Steve has been recognised by Wealthbriefing as winner of the Leading Trust Professional category in its Channel Islands awards, was included in the 2025 Citywealth Top 75 Trustees list, and appears in the Private Client Global Elite directory. He holds a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification with distinction and an Institute of Directors certificate in company direction with distinction, and was educated at Victoria College, Jersey.
