Sian Lias is a Partner and co-head of the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at Phillips Law, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2015 and joined the firm in March 2017, specialising in Will drafting, inheritance tax planning, estate administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates, trust creation and administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She completed the STEP diploma in 2017 with distinction and is a full member of STEP, a member of the Law Society Private Client Section, and an Accredited Member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
