Sandy Loder

Sandy Loder is founder and CEO of AH Loder Advisers. His career spans family enterprise, leadership development and human performance, with a background in the British Army and family office management. His consultancy advises HNW and UHNW families on succession planning, family governance and family office design/optimisation, with particular expertise in next-generation engagement.

He has designed and delivered next-generation programmes for over 1,000 participants globally and is recognised as a leading adviser on engaging Millennials and Generation Z in family enterprises. He also founded Peak Dynamics, which works with elite athletes, leadership teams and Special Forces on performance, culture and decision-making.
