Sam Orchard

Sam Orchard is a founder shareholder and Managing Director of BOW Trustees. Prior to co-founding the firm he worked for a number of larger independent and bank-owned trust companies and was head of client relationships at a medium-sized firm. His areas of expertise are working with high-net-worth families to help structure their estates, with considerable experience in real estate, quoted assets and private company shares / private equity.

He holds a BSc in Management with Trusts and Estates, the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction, the STEP Diploma and the ICSA Certificate, and is a member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. He has been recognised in the Spear's 500 index as a recommended adviser for Trusts and Offshore since 2022 and was shortlisted for Citywealth Trustee of the Year in the Channel Islands in 2025.
