Russell Prior

Russell Prior leads the services providing family governance, family office advisory, family enterprise and wealth succession, philanthropy and social investment advice to clients across EMEA at HSBC Global Private Banking, which he joined in 2011. His professional focus centres on advising family businesses and families regarding ownership structures and wealth transitions.

Prior to HSBC, he held the position of executive director at the Charities Aid Foundation, where he oversaw its philanthropy and corporate communications work.
