Russell Clark

Russell Clark is a partner and head of the trusts and private wealth team at Carey Olsen in Guernsey. He qualified as an advocate in 1997, became partner in 2001, and obtained his Notary Public credential in 2006, having previously trained as a solicitor in England and Wales. His practice covers contentious and non-contentious trust matters, estate planning and succession advice, family governance, private trust company structures, and the regulation of trust company business under Guernsey, Alderney, and Sark law.

Clark holds a Band One ranking in the Chambers HNW Guide and appears in the Legal 500 UK Hall of Fame. He is a Thought Leader designee in Who's Who Legal and is listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory. He is a member of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
