Rosalyn Breedy

Rosalyn Breedy is a Partner and Strategic Legal Adviser at Breedy Henderson, a London-based firm she founded after leaving Simons Muirhead Burton in 2022. With over 30 years of experience, she advises UHNWIs, families, and entrepreneurs on wealth structures, compliance, succession planning, family office structuring, corporate and commercial transactions, and financial services regulation. She also teaches private markets at Oxford's Saïd Business School and serves as a non-executive director across private, listed companies and funds.

Her recent engagements include a £100 million-plus family business restructuring, an international wind-down of complex family structures, and creation of a UK-EU private investment syndicate platform. She holds consistent recognition from Chambers & Partners, Citywealth, and Spear's 500, and was shortlisted for the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2026 Lawyer of the Year category.
