Robert Brodrick

Robert Brodrick is a Partner in the Private Client practice at Payne Hicks Beach. He qualified in 1998, trained at Withers, and joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2012 as a Partner, serving as Chair of the firm's Management Board from 2019 to 2026. He advises on tax, trust and estate planning for wealthy individuals, family offices and trustees, with practice areas including landed estates and agricultural interests, international private client matters, non-dom and former non-dom taxation, Sharia-compliant trust structures and complex family situations.

His clients include high-profile US families with UK assets, Middle Eastern families, philanthropists, business owners and international families with multi-jurisdictional holdings, and he also acts as Trustee, Executor and Protector.
