Rachel Brooks

Rachel Brooks is a Partner and Head of Private Wealth at Foot Anstey, where she advises clients on tax and estate planning with a particular specialism in rural and landed estates. She assists with Will drafting, complex estate administration, and succession planning for landed estate and farming families, and structures trusts and family offices for multi-generational asset protection.

Rachel is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and serves as Under Sheriff of Hampshire. She is recognised as a Leader in her Field by Chambers and Partners.
