Philippe Pulfer
Philippe Pulfer is a Partner and co-head of the Private Client practice at Walder Wyss Ltd. in Geneva, and has been consistently ranked among Switzerland's leading private client lawyers for over 20 years. He holds a licence en droit from the University of Geneva (1992), was admitted to the Bar in 1995, and is a qualified TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner). He is described as 'the go-to person in Switzerland' by Chambers HNW and as 'one of the most knowledgeable trust and private client practitioners in Switzerland' by Legal 500. He has been included in the ALM Private Client Global Elite continuously since its inaugural edition in 2012.
He specialises in wealth structuring and estate planning with an international focus, complex multi-jurisdictional succession and trust disputes, philanthropy and charity law with a particular focus on the arts and cultural institutions, and private banking disputes. He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, International Bar Association, STEP, The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, and is an International Fellow of the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel.
