Phil Games is Chief Executive Officer of Simcocks Advocates Limited on the Isle of Man, and a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He is one of the most prominent private client lawyers on the Isle of Man, recognised as a leader in his field by Chambers UK and The Legal 500, into whose Hall of Fame he has been inducted.

He specialises in working with other professionals to create bespoke offshore and multi-jurisdictional structures such as Isle of Man trusts, foundations and companies. He advises wealthy international families on restructuring their personal and commercial interests, as well as on estate planning, complex trust and probate matters. He was admitted to practice on the Isle of Man in 1986 and is a member of the Isle of Man Law Society.
