Paula James

Paula James was the Regional Managing Partner in Chichester at Irwin Mitchell, specialising in contentious trust and probate matters. Her work encompassed disputes between trustees and beneficiaries, will validity challenges, financial abuse cases involving elderly and vulnerable individuals, and rectification of errors by previous advisors.
