Based in London, Paul Avon leads True House Partners and advises single family offices on recruitment. He has over twenty-five years' experience in executive search, including senior roles at Harrison Willis (now Hudson), co-founding a legal recruitment business and heading the UK arm of a wealth management search firm.

He was recognised for the fifth consecutive year as a trusted advisor to family offices in the Spear's Executive Search & Headhunters Index (2025).
