Patricia Guerra
Patricia Guerra is a partner at MLL Legal in Zurich, where she is Head of the Private Clients team and Head of the Latin-America desk. She advises UHNW and HNW individuals and families on personal matters, family asset management, philanthropic endeavours and complex cross-border issues, coordinating legal teams across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice spans Private Clients, Charity & Mission-driven Organisations, and Corporate & M&A.
She holds a lic. iur. from the University of Geneva (1987) and an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School (1990-1991); she was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1989 and the New York bar in 1992. She is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish, with a command of Portuguese and Italian. She sits on the boards of several Swiss charitable foundations and a Swiss private bank, and is the Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Zurich. She was named Lawyer of the Year - Private Client & Wealth Management at the Women in Business Law Awards 2025, and is consistently recognised in Chambers HNW, Legal 500 EMEA, Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal.
