Ollie Marshall

Ollie Marshall is a Director at Prime Purchase, Savills' property buying arm, based in London, where his focus is prime central London property buying for a high-net-worth clientele. He began his property career in the late 1990s at Chestertons before joining a smaller firm that was subsequently acquired by JLL.

On his current role he has said, "You get the benefit of a large corporation with R&D and statistics, but we're also very autonomous," and he emphasises discretion as central to his practice, noting that "most of what we do doesn't end up in the public domain." He was a 2023 Spear's Awards finalist and holds a Top Recommended ranking in the Spear's 500 Buying Agents category.
