Nicola Johnson

Nicola Johnson is Chief Customer Officer at Stewardship, where she leads product and service delivery for the organisation's donors and partners, overseeing its philanthropy offerings and professional services. She previously served as Chief Philanthropy Officer, leading Stewardship's major donor activities, which involved overseeing over £200m in charitable funds each year on behalf of more than 950 clients.

She is a member of Stewardship's Executive Team and a Trustee for the TrustBridge Global Foundation, and is a trained facilitator for the Generosity Path's 'Journey of Generosity' retreat. Under her philanthropy leadership the team won 'Best Philanthropy Initiative or Offering' at the Wealth For Good Awards 2023 and 'Philanthropy Team of the Year' at the STEP Private Client Awards 2020.
