Nicholas Jacob

Nick (Nicholas) Jacob is a Consultant in Forsters' Private Client department with over 40 years' experience, recognised as a world-renowned specialist in family governance and succession planning. He specialises in cross-border estate planning, family governance and multi-generational wealth succession, trusts holding family businesses, and UK taxation for individuals and trusts, with a particular focus on advising East Asian families. He emphasises understanding family psychology to uncover and address underlying issues before implementing legal structures.
