Nicholas Falla

Nicholas Falla is Director and Group Chairman of Baccata Trustees. He joined Baccata in 1999 and became principal and managing director in 2005, overseeing the firm's trust & fiduciary, family office & private wealth and corporate services divisions. According to the firm, he has gained considerable international experience dealing with diverse and complex structures while taking pride in the provision of a personal service, and also serves local clients.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (1982) and the Jersey Solicitors Qualification Part 1 (1995), and is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
