Naomi Rive

Naomi Rive is Group Head of Private Capital at Highvern, an independent private client, family office and fund administration business based in Jersey. Her work centres on helping ultra-high-net-worth families build wealth planning structures, delivering trustee and family office services to international clients and serving on boards of private trust companies and regulated entities in the Channel Islands and Cayman. She has over two decades of experience combining legal expertise with trustee work, and is a former Chair of STEP in Jersey and a former adjunct professor of trusts at the Jersey Institute of Law.

She was sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and was called to the Bar of England & Wales. Her qualifications include the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Enterprise, membership of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (TEP), a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the Inns of Court School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham.
