Naomi Neville

Naomi Neville is a Partner at Irwin Mitchell, where she leads the Lifetime and Estate Planning team on the south coast across the firm's Southampton and Chichester offices, and serves as National Market Lead for Business Wealth. She read Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, trained as a lawyer at Dutton Gregory, and was previously a senior associate at Shoosmiths before becoming a partner at Irwin Mitchell in 2022.

Her practice focuses on estate and tax planning, tax-efficient will structuring, lifetime giving, Lasting Powers of Attorney (personal and business), trust setup and advisory, and Family Investment Companies, with particular experience advising business owners, farmers, entrepreneurs, directors, landowners, and those managing inherited wealth.
