Miles Dean
Miles Dean is a Partner and Head of International Tax at Andersen LLP. He advises privately held multinational companies, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of cross-border tax issues, including holding company structures, intra-group financing, intellectual property licensing, corporate reorganisations and pre-disposal planning, real estate transaction structuring, domicile, residence and remittance basis taxation, pre-immigration planning, offshore trusts, foundations and hybrid entities, double tax treaty interpretation, and tax investigations and voluntary disclosures.
He founded and managed a specialist international tax practice in 2008 before joining Andersen LLP. He is co-author of International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques (Sweet & Maxwell) and The Principles of International Tax Planning (Corpus), and provides regular commentary on tax issues in the national press, TV and radio. Chambers HNW describes him as "an excellent tax adviser to HNW clients". He is a trustee of Regain, the charity for sports tetraplegics.
