Michaël Khayat

Michaël Khayat is a founding partner of Arkwood SCP, a Paris-based boutique law firm specialising in tax matters for private clients. He advises entrepreneurs and families, French and foreign, in national and international contexts, practising in estate planning (particularly involving tax residency transfers and expatriation), complex international successions, and real estate investment for non-residents. He has developed specialised expertise in UK and US aspects and assists clients with tax returns and French tax administration matters.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007 and previously worked in Baker & McKenzie's Wealth Management and Employee Benefit teams. He holds a D.E.S.S. in Business Taxation from Paris Dauphine University and the French CPA degree (DESCF). He is ranked as a leading individual in Private Clients by Legal 500 and individually ranked by Chambers & Partners in the HNW guide.
