Matt Jenkins is an executive search consultant at Syracuse Partners, a retained executive search firm focusing on senior Wealth and Asset Management roles across Europe. He previously worked at a specialist Wealth and Asset Management executive search boutique, executing on senior mandates across Europe, and was responsible for global hiring programmes at top-tier private bank clients.

He began his career in financial services recruitment after earning a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Nottingham, and became a senior consultant at Morgan McKinley within three years, specialising in hiring senior operational staff for leading investment banks.
