Marine Dupas

Marine Dupas is a founding partner at Arkwood SCP, a Paris-based boutique law firm. Her practice covers the taxation and compliance of trusts and assimilated entities, assistance to Luxembourg insurance companies and product development for the French market, the structuring of investments in France for Middle East-based clients, and Franco-Belgian and Franco-UK wealth management strategies. She is ranked Band 1 in the Chambers & Partners HNW Guide.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007 and previously was a partner at Baker & McKenzie in Paris until 2015. She graduated from the DJCE / Magistère de juriste d'affaires at Assas University (Paris II) and is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
