Lauri Oinaala

Lauri Oinaala is EY's EMEIA Family Enterprise Leader and EY Global NextGen Leader, based in Helsinki, Finland. He engages daily with family-owned entities and their individual owners on strategy, governance, ownership, and leadership transitions, and manages EY's global NextGen platform, which serves over 950 next-generation C-suite and board members from 81 countries. He is also executive sponsor of the annual EY Europe Family Office Summit.

Before joining EY in 2012, Oinaala spent over ten years within a family office and its operational entities across the Nordics and the United States, advising leadership on growth strategy and leading international expansion projects in Asia Pacific and the USA. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics.
