Kirsten Burt

Kirsten Burt is Head of B2B Marketing, Wealth Management Europe at RBC Wealth Management, a role that brings together RBC's global private bank with UK wealth manager Brewin Dolphin. She brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management marketing and strategy, having previously held senior marketing positions at UBS Wealth Management UK (where she served on the Executive Committee), Standard Chartered Private Bank, Citibank, and American Express.

From 2019 to 2024 she led a strategic marketing consultancy in London focused on financial education, sustainable investing, and wealth management, working with firms serving American professionals in the UK and developing ESG strategies for Coutts Private Bank and JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and currently serves on the board of Cultural Vistas.
