Kelly Watson

Kelly Watson is a Client Director at Accuro Trust, specialising in the administration of contentious, complex and distressed offshore structures — in particular those involved in litigation or under criminal or tax investigation. Her experience encompasses trusts subject to tax investigations, structures with asset seizure orders, trusts with suspicious activity restrictions, and situations involving criminal investigations of connected parties.

Watson entered the offshore finance industry in 2009 after completing the STEP Diploma in International Offshore Administration. She has authored commentary for ThoughtLeaders4 Private Client Magazine on the administration of contentious trusts, and is listed for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025) in the ALM Private Client Global Elite Directory, the peer-nominated list of the world's top private client and trusts and estates litigation talent.
