Kedge Martin
Kedge Martin is co-founder of KM Advisory (KMA), an independent strategic advisory firm working with international and multi-generational UHNW families and first-generation entrepreneurs. After an early career as a researcher to an MEP and his public affairs business, followed by management consultancy, she built and sold her first business in Poland.
She founded WellChild, described as the UK's leading charity for chronically ill children, and subsequently led a turnaround of Prince Harry's African charity, Sentebale. She has also advised members of the Royal Family on philanthropic matters. For the past decade, Kedge has worked with families on confidential people issues and challenges related to significant wealth.
