Karim Bazzi

Karim Bazzi is the founder and buying agent at Homes One, which he established in 2005 following several years working in Prime Central London property. He grew up in Kensington, attended Westminster School and UCL, and lives in the area with his family. He was one of the first buying agents in London, and is therefore one of the first agents called when off-market properties become available.

He specialises in high-end transactions, investments and residential developments across boroughs including Marylebone and Kensington. His client base is primarily European and Middle Eastern, supported by his Arabic fluency and Lebanese heritage. The firm notes that in over 95% of transactions he has saved clients more than their fee through protective representation and market knowledge.
