Justine Markovitz

Justine Markovitz is a partner in the private client and tax group at Withers, based in Geneva, where she founded and has led the firm's Swiss practice since 2005. She joined Withers in 1999, became a partner in 2004, and served as firm Chairperson from 1 July 2019, having previously co-headed the global Private Client and Tax team from 2016 to 2019.

She specialises in international tax and estate planning for global families, advising on generational transitions, family governance, succession planning, and the structuring of personal assets and business interests. She is a Vice President of STEP Suisse-Romande and a member of the International Tax Planning Association and the International Fiscal Association. She was named in ePrivateClient's 50 Most Influential (2025) and recognised by Chambers HNW (2025).
