Juliet Agnew

Juliet Agnew is Head of Philanthropy at Barclays Private Bank & Wealth Management, a role she has held since joining the firm in May 2021. She leads the bank's Philanthropy Service, which educates, inspires, and supports ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families on their philanthropic journeys, helping them think through their motivations, involve their families in decisions, and ensure their giving achieves maximum impact.

Agnew is an Oxford graduate with over 20 years of experience in philanthropy, social impact, and client advisory. Previous roles include Managing Director at the Utley Foundation, Director of UBS Philanthropy Services, Director of the charitable foundation of Ashmore Group, and Head of Philanthropy at IG Advisors. She is listed in the Spear's 500 Top Recommended Philanthropy Advisers (2025) and co-authored the Barclays Guide to Giving 2024.
