Jordan Constable is a Senior Associate in Ogier's Legal department, based in the Cayman Islands. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency, trust disputes, fund disputes and financial services claims, frequently involving elements of fraud and breach of duty. As part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Trusts Advisory Group, he advises leading fiduciaries, trust office holders and high-net-worth individuals on both contentious and non-contentious private client matters.

Constable trained in London, obtaining Civil Higher Rights of Audience in 2016, before spending nearly five years at a leading offshore law firm in Jersey handling complex high-value litigation. He was admitted to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2021 and is an associate member of STEP. He was named 'Lawyer of the Year' (Associate – IFC) at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2022, and 'Rising Star under 40 – Caribbean' at the 2026 Miami Family Wealth Report Awards, with judges citing his commitment to understanding clients' motivations and providing pragmatic, effective guidance.
