Jon Kinnell Sullivan

Jon Kinnell Sullivan is Head of Private Clients and Impact Philanthropy at BST Impact, where he works as a social impact strategist designing impact strategies aligned to responsible capitalism for individuals and organisations. He works with impact investors, social entrepreneurs, venture philanthropists, and UHNW individuals and families, advising on donor strategy, ESG and social investing, venture philanthropy, and grant funding.

He has over 15 years of global experience across the public, private, and civil society sectors and has facilitated the raising of over £150 million for global sustainability initiatives across the UK, Gulf Cooperation Countries, East Africa, and the Global South. He is listed as Recommended in the Spear's 500 Philanthropy Advisers Index (2025).
