Jenny Afia
Jenny Afia is a Partner at Schillings, where she leads the firm's global Entertainment practice. She specialises in complex litigation involving privacy, defamation, and media law, with expertise spanning crisis management, reputation defence, geopolitics, libel, and private diplomacy.
She is ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners, is a member of the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, and appears in the Top Flight tier of the Spear's 500 for Reputation and Privacy lawyers. Beyond litigation, she has served on the UK Children's Commissioner's Digital Task Force, co-authored the 5Rights report "Disrupted Childhood: The Cost of Persuasive Design", contributed to shaping the UK's Age-Appropriate Design Code, and is a trustee of Common Sense Media UK.
