James Stevens

James Stevens is a partner in Saffery's Peterborough office. A private client specialist, he focuses on capital tax and trust strategy and wealth preservation advice, with considerable experience of UK and offshore trust structures and the international aspects of UK taxation, together with inheritance and other capital tax issues. He acts for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, landowners and family-owned businesses, advising globally mobile families and offshore trustees.

He joined Saffery as a partner in 2023 from a Big Four firm, where he led the private client team in the East of England. He is a member of the ICAEW and STEP and a former eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35.
