James Davies

James Davies is co-founder of La Pera Davies, a buying agency established in 2007 specialising on best in class acquisitions, rentals and real estate advisory, with expertise in prime central London and internationally. The firm also handles property acquisition and management in areas including Monaco, the South of France, Italy, Switzerland, and the UAE. The firm is run by a husband-and-wife team. Davies previously served as residential director for the developer of the Shard in London. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as director of development consultancy at Hamptons International, where he managed projects domestically and internationally, including work on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. He works with HNW and UHNW individuals and family offices, and is ranked Top Recommended 2026 in the Buying Agents category by Spear's 500.
