James Davies

James Davies is founder of La Pera Davies, a buying agency established in 2007 specialising in discretionary property buying advisory, with expertise in prime central London acquisitions and off-market property sourcing. The firm also handles property acquisition and management across the wider UK, the South of France, Italy, Switzerland, and the UAE, and is described as a husband-and-wife team known for discretion in securing off-market properties.

Davies previously served as residential director for the developer of the Shard in London. He spent over a decade as director of development consultancy at Hamptons International, where he managed prime projects domestically and internationally, including work on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles.
