Ian Rumens

Ian Rumens is an Executive Director and Head of Private Client – Jersey at Ocorian, which he joined in January 2022. He is a qualified solicitor (England & Wales, non-practising) and a member of STEP, with over 20 years of experience in the private client industry. Prior to Ocorian he held senior leadership roles at one of the largest trust and company service providers.

He specialises in advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on strategic wealth objectives, with a particular focus on clients from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise extends to cross-jurisdictional structuring, corporate governance, and acting as a professional trustee and director; he was nominated Trustee of the Year in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man at the Citywealth IFC Awards 2023.
