Helen Clark

Helen Clark is a Partner at Dixon Wilson's London office, having joined the firm in 1992 and been appointed partner in 1999. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1996, and read at Cambridge University.

She specialises in advising high net worth individuals and families on capital taxes and succession planning, with particular expertise in the UK tax treatment of offshore trusts and the management of large landed estates. Her work spans property transaction structuring, inter-generational wealth transfers, inheritance tax planning, and family transitions including divorce settlements and prenuptial agreements. She also acts as a trustee for several clients.
