Helen Calcutt

Helen Calcutt is a Partner at Keystone Law specialising in private client work, focusing on lifetime tax planning and tax planning wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate and trusts (including personal injury, lifetime and will trusts). She also has a sizeable Court of Protection practice, acting as a professional deputy and advising lay clients on the deputyship process and statutory will applications.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2011, is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
